The Waikato Expressway is a major transport project that connects the Waikato region to the Auckland and Bay of Plenty regions in the North Island of New Zealand.

It is an important strategic link designed to improve the safety and productivity with the increased movement of freight, workers and people as well as to stimulate economic growth within the business, agricultural centres and surrounding tier-two cities and towns.

MRR Consulting was engaged between the years of 2015-2016 on a Project and Construction Management basis as the Design and Construct interface as well as providing extensive strategic alliance advisory and bid and challenge management services.
